Khmer Touch Cuisine combines contemporary interior design in their spacious new restaurant with recipes that were rarely written down but instead handed from mother to daughter. They have perfected the art of blending spices such as lemongrass, galangal, turmeric and tamarind with kaffir lime leaves to create a paste called “kroeung”. An essential part of traditional Khmer cooking, kroeung adds a subtle and sophisticated harmony of flavours to fresh fish, meats and vegetables. Their concession to modern cuisine is to substitute the 3 stone village fire with gleaming stainless steel cookers in their brand new kitchen.
